We believe that food should be pleasurable for both body and spirit. We value good food and time spent on conversations at a shared meal. We strive to make the meals we serve using ecological products from our own farmstead and from friendly local farmers and suppliers. Thanks to clean pastures and our own ecological cattle breeding, we provide our guests with fresh milk, butter, yoghurts, cheeses and cottage cheese of our own production on a daily basis. Everyday we also bake our own bread, bread rolls, and pastries. We breed Limousine meat cows providing excellent meat. We strive to ensure that cured meats and fish come from our own smokehouse. We combine what's best in homely flavours with the art of preparation that will satisfy the most sophisticated tastes. All meals are served in the form of a self-service buffet with dishes appealing both to adults and children. During holidays, every Saturday, we serve an evening meal in the grill cabin - dishes grilled over an open fire, baked potatoes, vegetables, salads, pickles. Additionally, we serve mulled wine or beer, depending on the weather.
We offer selected wines, including excellent regional wines from the Turnau vineyard, as well as local beers and craft beers. We encourage you to try preserves and taste our liqueurs created from the treasures shared by the surrounding nature. Nothing tastes quite like the warm home-made dough with a mug of aromatic coffee on the sunny terrace, and the smell of freshly baked bread in the morning marks the beginning of a very good day.
